Relationship Therapy

Relationships are a soft place to land.

When they’re not, you’ve got us.

Online relationship therapy for couples, polycules, families, and meaningful connections.

Traditional monogamous or ethically non-monogamous. Kink or creative. Family, friends, roommates, and coworkers.

They’re all real relationships to us. No relationship structure is more valid or more worthy of receiving support than another. Everyone involved wants the safety of having their needs and desires met. To feel heard and valued for exactly who they are.

Relationship therapy with Our Landing Place gives you space to learn and grow, together or apart.

You deserve a therapist who understands your relationship.

Our therapists’ lived experiences give them a nuanced understanding of the dynamics within many relationship structures. They have the kind of insights that counsellors without personal and professional knowledge just don’t get.

We’ll never push our own beliefs and biases onto you. We won’t call out your relationship structure as the root cause of your problems.

As affirming therapists, we trust that you know who you are. We won’t tell you what changes to make, but with our guidance (and gentle reminders to take accountability when needed), we’ll help free you from the patterns that have kept you stuck.

No one’s love life is too hot to handle for the right therapist.

Streaming the latest reality TV dating show might feel like getting free relationship therapy (and let’s be honest, it’s always so much easier to avoid our problems than address them head-on) but…

… a great therapist will challenge you in all the right ways.

Their approach can give you clarity around whether to continue a relationship and—whatever the outcome—how to do it in a way that feels empowering. Not scary.

The work in relationship therapy is about showing up as your best self. Not only for others, but for yourself too.

Relationships don’t need romance for therapy to work.

We’re here for your friendships, coworker relationships, family dynamics, and any other relationships you want to invest in.

Perhaps…

  • you have a person in your life whose presence has you walking on eggshells, causing your social battery to become fully depleted after every interaction you have with them.

  • you didn’t have healthy communication styles modelled for you growing up and now it’s showing up in how you resolve conflict with your roommates.

  • expressing yourself within a relationship where one (or both) of you are neurodivergent leaves you feeling disconnected and misunderstood.

We’re passionate about supporting all sorts of meaningful connections! Maybe you’re not quite where you want to be (or where you think you should be) at this stage in the relationship. Or maybe you’ve been doing the work and want to stay on the right track.

Your willingness to invest time and money in your relationship's well-being means it matters to you. It means it's something you can work on!
