Community Partnership Program
Community is a two way street.
Our Community Access Fund helps hundreds of people get the care they need through qualified, culturally competent therapists and counsellors. We want to make accessing mental health care easy, safe, and enriching.
That’s where you come in. We can add value to your workplaces and communities while creating sustainable funding for those in need. Your community partnership includes a Give Back Program that invests directly into our Community Access Fund.

We tailor to your needs
-
Unfortunately, a large portion of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community have struggled to access safe and knowledgeable mental health care. This can deter members of the community from accessing the care that they need, which impacts the health of individuals and the community at large. Providing dedicated and knowledgeable mental health care access does the important work of improving the health of your workforce. It also communicates to the world: we care about the wellbeing of our 2SLGBTQIA+ employees, and the community itself.
-
Our program provides access to our 2SLGBTQIA+ specialist clinicians at reduced fees so that your employees can access mental health care that is knowledgeable about their communities, families, and cultures. The number of sessions we provide will be tailored to the size of your company and the needs of your 2SLGBTQIA+ employees. We work closely with our community partners to design therapy packages that fit the needs of their company and employees.
-
With the development of our Community Partnership Database, we’ll be hosting a directory and interactive map showcasing inclusive organizations, companies, and businesses to the entire Canadian 2SLGBTQIA+ community. Other opportunities include featured partners on our Community Partnership Program homepage, social media spotlights, advertising in our monthly newsletter, and exclusive sponsorship opportunities on high-profile, Canada-wide events like our Queering Mental Health Conference.
-
An annual Lunch-n-Learn training is developed to suit your companies goals. Past trainings designed and facilitated by our team have included 2SLGBTQIA+ sensitivity training, mental health and wellness, and diversity and inclusion trainings.
-
Our program provides a year of benefits from the time of registration, giving your employees a full year of reduced-rate mental health care access, and providing your brand with a year of visibility and advertising opportunities.
